ADOPT-A-CEMETERY CONTRACT

This agreement between the Stafford County Cemetery Committee, hereinafter referred to as SCCC, and                               , hereinafter referred to as the Agency, is to accept the adoption of the cemetery known as

As part of this contract, the Agency fully recognizes and accepts the rules and regulations provided by the SCCC.

The Agency accepts full responsibility for all damages and injuries which may result from their volunteer efforts at the cemetery site. The SCCC will not be responsible for any claims of property losses and/or personal injury.

Upon request, the SCCC agrees to provide expertise and technical assistance, as is within their abilities, to the Agency.

This contract shall be effective ____________________. If the Agency wishes at any time to discontinue its adoption of the above named cemetery, the Agency agrees to notify the SCCC.
